Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Lathe and Turning Machine Tool Setter, Operator, and Tender to support our nut harvesting operations. The successful candidate will operate and maintain various turning machines, ensuring the efficient processing of agricultural products.

Responsibilities

• Operate turning machines and ensure quality control of outputs.
• Conduct routine maintenance checks and repairs as needed.
• Document operational data accurately and timely.
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment.
• Participate in team meetings to discuss production goals.
• Assist with the setup of new equipment as required.
• Support team members to enhance overall production efficiency.
• Follow all company policies regarding safety and machinery handling.

Requirements

Education

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Technical degree is an advantage

Experience

• 1-2 years of relevant experience in agriculture or machinery operation

• Afrikaans: Conversational
• English: Fluent
