  • Implement customer success best practices to enhance service delivery.
  • Coordinate with sales and marketing to align efforts in customer engagement.

  • Act as a client advocate in internal discussions to ensure their needs are met.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Communication or related field
  • Certifications in Customer Success management are preferred
Experience
  • 4+ years of experience in a customer-facing role
