Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated Technical Support Specialist to join our Durban office. You will work directly with clients to address their technical needs and ensure their systems operate smoothly.

Responsibilities

  • Assist customers in resolving technical queries and complaints.
  • Document all interactions with clients in the support system.
  • Work with developers to relay customer feedback for product optimization.
  • Conduct regular follow-ups with clients to ensure complete satisfaction.
  • Maintain a high level of product knowledge to provide accurate information.
  • Participate in training and development programs to enhance skills.
  • Help in creating knowledge base articles to streamline support processes.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or IT preferred
Experience
  • 3+ years of experience in customer support or help desk
