Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Account Manager to join our Johannesburg office. You will be the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring their needs are understood and met. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to deliver solutions that align with client objectives, all while fostering strong, lasting relationships.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as a trusted advisor to clients, keeping them informed about new services and solutions.
  • Lead project kickoff meetings and ensure proper execution of client strategies.
  • Analyze client feedback and implement improvements based on insights.
  • Prepare presentations and briefings for client reviews.
  • Facilitate conflict resolution and manage client escalation effectively.
  • Contribute to marketing and client engagement strategies.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing or related field
Experience
  • 5+ years of experience in account management or a related field
