Job Description

We are on the lookout for a passionate Customer Success Manager to join our Durban team. This role focuses on ensuring clients meet their objectives and gain maximum value from our products. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills and a knack for building strong client relationships.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary liaison for assigned clients to ensure satisfaction.
  • Oversee all aspects of the customer journey from onboarding to renewal.
  • Conduct regular customer reviews to discuss performance and value.
  • Deliver training and support to customers for product optimization.
  • Collaborate with sales and technical teams to resolve customer issues quickly.
  • Develop strategies to improve customer retention and loyalty.
  • Analyze customer data to identify trends and potential growth opportunities.
  • Create and maintain documentation for client interactions and feedback.
  • Engage in upselling and cross-selling of products when appropriate.
  • Participate in regular team meetings to share insights and improvements.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field; Master's preferred
Experience
  • 5+ years of experience in customer success or similar roles
