Job Description

The Farm Loan Representative will manage and process loan applications for farmers, ensuring all necessary documentation is complete. This role requires excellent communication skills and a strong understanding of the agricultural industry.

Responsibilities

• Assess loan applications and make recommendations to the finance manager.
• Monitor loan performance and take appropriate actions to ensure compliance.
• Contribute to the enhancement of loan processing systems.
• Develop strong relationships with clients and industry stakeholders.
• Provide financial coaching to clients about available loan options.

Requirements

Education

• Relevant qualification in Finance or Agriculture is preferred

Experience

• 3-5 years of experience in agricultural finance or related fields

Technical Skills

• Loan processing software
• Microsoft Office Suite

• Customer service orientation

Languages

• English: Fluent
• isiZulu: Conversational
