Job Description

We are seeking enthusiastic waiters to join our team. You will play a crucial role in delivering high-quality service to our guests, ensuring their dining experience is memorable and enjoyable.

Responsibilities

• Ensure the dining area is clean and organized at all times.
• Assist with training new staff members as needed.
• Monitor customer satisfaction and take action to enhance their experience.
• Participate in daily pre-shift meetings to discuss specials and any changes.
• Assist with special events and private parties as required.

Requirements

Education

• High school diploma or equivalent

Experience

• Preferred 1-2 years experience in customer service or food service.

Technical Skills

• Customer service skills
• Knowledge of food and beverage service techniques

Soft Skills

• Attention to detail
• Problem-solving

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous

• Barista skills: Experience in preparing coffee and espresso drinks.
• Fluency in another language: Knowledge of a second language such as Zulu or Xhosa.
