Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Ensure the safe dispensing of medications and provide clear instructions to patients.
  • Conduct medication therapy management to optimize patient outcomes.
  • Assist in immunization programs and health promotion activities.
  • Coordinate with healthcare teams to deliver integrated patient care.
  • Handle inquiries from patients regarding drug interactions and side effects.
  • Stay abreast of changing regulations affecting pharmacy practice.
  • Evaluate and promote the use of generics and cost-effective alternatives.
  • Develop educational materials for community health initiatives.
  • Participate in pharmacy audits and quality assurance programs.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy or related field
  • Additional certifications in Advanced Pharmacy Practice is advantageous
Experience
  • 3+ years of clinical pharmacy experience
