Responsibilities

• Develop and implement process improvement strategies.
• Evaluate production data and develop reports for management.
• Work closely with quality assurance to ensure product compliance.
• Conduct capacity planning and production scheduling.
• Collaborate on interdisciplinary projects to support overall business goals.
• Monitor and analyze performance metrics to identify trends.
• Lead process optimization initiatives to enhance efficiency.
• Act as a liaison between management and production teams.
• Implement lean manufacturing principles across operations.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering or closely related field
• Master's degree in a technical field is preferred

Experience

• 5+ years of experience in manufacturing or production environments

Technical Skills

• Simulation Software
• Statistical Analysis

Certifications

• Certified Quality Engineer (CQE)
• Lean Practitioner Certification

Languages

• English: Fluent
• Zulu: Basic
