Job Description

We are on the lookout for an enthusiastic Sales Representative to join our Durban team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for building and maintaining strong customer relationships, meeting sales targets, and providing excellent customer service. You will play a key role in driving sales and contributing to the overall success of the business.

Responsibilities

  • Establish HR policies and procedures that support organizational objectives.
  • Conduct exit interviews and analyze turnover data to mitigate future resignations.
  • Promote employee wellness and work-life balance initiatives.
  • Lead organizational development efforts to prepare the workforce for future challenges.
  • Develop metrics to assess employee engagement and satisfaction.
  • Ensure effective communication of HR policies and benefits to all employees.
  • Oversee payroll processes and benefits administration.
  • Act as a point of contact for employee inquiries regarding HR policies.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or Human Resources
  • Master's degree in HR Management is preferred
Experience
  • 6+ years of experience in HR management with a focus on talent management
