We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to oversee and lead various projects in Port Elizabeth. The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, executing, and closing projects, ensuring that they meet scope, time, and budget requirements. Responsibilities

• Manage project life cycle from initiation through to completion.
• Facilitate workshops to gather input and feedback from project stakeholders.
• Prepare and deliver project reports, proposals, status reports, and presentations.
• Ensure that all project documentation is complete and up to date.
• Coordinate with external vendors and consultants as required.
• Train and mentor project team members on best practices.
• Conduct post-project evaluations to identify successful and unsuccessful project elements.

Requirements

Education

• Master's degree in Project Management or a related field

Experience

• 5+ years of experience managing complex projects

Technical Skills

• Budget Management
• Agile Methodologies

Soft Skills

• Negotiation
• Conflict Resolution

Certifications

• PRINCE2 Certification
• Lean Six Sigma Certification

Languages

• English: Fluent
• Xhosa: Conversational
