Job Description

Looking for a driven Technical Support Engineer in Durban! You'll be responsible for providing high-level technical support while collaborating with our dedicated team to ensure seamless operation for our clients.

Responsibilities

  • Offer technical support for various software applications and systems.
  • Identify and troubleshoot network connectivity issues.
  • Monitor system performance and user feedback.
  • Prepare regular reports on technical support activities.
  • Assist in configuration and installation of new systems.
  • Serve as a point of contact for major incidents.
  • Collaborate on projects to enhance service delivery.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
  • Relevant certifications in technical support are preferred
Experience
  • 3-5 years of experience in IT support
