Job Description

We are seeking a passionate Account Manager to handle client relationships and ensure satisfaction in Johannesburg. The ideal candidate will be responsible for increasing account profitability, developing strong relationships with clients, and addressing their needs promptly to enhance overall business performance.

Responsibilities

  • Assess client performance metrics and propose improvements.
  • Stay informed on industry trends to offer innovative solutions.
  • Engage with clients through various communication channels.
  • Facilitate resolution of client issues in a timely manner.
  • Document account activity and progress in the CRM system.
  • Support contract renewals and negotiations.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing or related field
  • Postgraduate qualifications are a plus
Experience
  • 5+ years of experience in client-facing roles
