In the role of Warehouse Supervisor, you will be responsible for ensuring a seamless flow of operations within our Johannesburg facility. Responsibilities

• Supervise the warehouse staff and coordinate workloads.
• Maintain compliance with safety standards and procedures.
• Monitor inventory accuracy and resolve discrepancies.
• Manage the receiving, storage, and shipping of products.
• Assist in developing operational policies and procedures.
• Ensure specialized training is provided to staff.
• Analyze performance metrics and suggest improvements.
• Oversee the upkeep of warehouse facilities and equipment.
• Foster an environment of continuous improvement.
• Support management in strategic planning and execution.

Requirements

Education

• Matric or equivalent qualification
• Diploma or degree in Logistics or Business Management is a plus

Experience

• 3-5 years in a supervisory position within a warehouse environment

Certifications

• Lean Six Sigma Certification
