Learning and Development Specialist

Job Description

We are seeking a Learning and Development Specialist who is passionate about employee growth and learning. In this role, you will design and implement training programs that address the specific needs of our workforce. You will collaborate closely with management to ensure that our learning initiatives align with business strategies.

Responsibilities

• Identify and leverage key performance indicators to measure training impact.
• Collaborate with external training providers to enhance the training portfolio.
• Formulate alternative learning paths that cater to diverse learning styles.
• Design mentorship and coaching programs to support employee growth.
• Assist with onboarding processes for new hires, ensuring a smooth transition.
• Promote employee engagement through dynamic learning activities and initiatives.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Education, Organizational Development, or a similar field
• Master's in Business Administration (MBA) is an advantage

Experience

• 3-5 years of experience in corporate training or educational development

Technical Skills

• Learning Management Systems

• Leadership

Certifications

• Train the Trainer Certification
• Six Sigma Green Belt Certification is a plus

Languages

• English: Fluent
