Job Description

We are seeking a Learning and Development Specialist who is passionate about employee growth and learning. In this role, you will design and implement training programs that address the specific needs of our workforce. You will collaborate closely with management to ensure that our learning initiatives align with business strategies.

Responsibilities

• Design and deliver engaging training programs that enhance employee skills and knowledge.
• Conduct needs analysis to assess training requirements and align programs with company goals.
• Evaluate the effectiveness of training initiatives and implement improvements as necessary.
• Facilitate workshops and training sessions, utilizing diverse methods and techniques.
• Partner with department heads to identify skills gaps and development opportunities.
• Maintain accurate training records and documentation for compliance and reporting purposes.
• Provide ongoing support and coaching to employees in their professional development.
• Stay abreast of industry trends and best practices in learning and development.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Education, Organizational Development, or a similar field
• Master's in Business Administration (MBA) is an advantage

Experience

• 3-5 years of experience in corporate training or educational development

• Learning Management Systems

Certifications

• Train the Trainer Certification
• Six Sigma Green Belt Certification is a plus

Languages

• English: Fluent
