Job Description

We are looking for a passionate and dedicated Goodwill Representative to engage with various stakeholders and promote goodwill in our community. This role involves building relationships and facilitating initiatives that foster positive interactions.

Responsibilities

  • Engage with community members to drive awareness of the organization’s initiatives.
  • Facilitate workshops and training sessions related to our programs.
  • Collect feedback from outreach programs and recommend improvements.
  • Coordinate with local businesses for community support and partnerships.
  • Draft reports on community engagement activities and suggest strategies for improvement.
  • Participate in team meetings and contribute to strategic planning.
  • Develop promotional materials for goodwill activities.
  • Assist in managing social media campaigns to promote events and initiatives.
  • Identify potential volunteers and community partners to enhance outreach efforts.
  • Work closely with the marketing team to create awareness of our projects.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Social Work, Non-Profit Management)
Experience
  • 2+ years of experience in fundraising and community outreach

Advantageous
