Responsibilities

Design and implement effective counselling strategies and initiatives.
Monitor and assess the quality of counselling services to ensure high standards.

Ensure that counselling practices are culturally sensitive and responsive.

Requirements
Education
Bachelor's degree in Social Work or a related field
Master's degree in Social Work or Counseling is preferred
Experience
5+ years in community service management, with experience in mental health
