Job Description

As the Social and Community Service Manager, you will oversee the counselling services provided by our skilled team. Your role involves ensuring high-quality client service and promoting professional standards.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the counselling team, promoting a culture of excellence and professionalism.
  • Design and implement effective counselling strategies and initiatives.
  • Monitor and assess the quality of counselling services to ensure high standards.
  • Engage with community stakeholders to raise awareness of services.
  • Implement best practices in counseling and mental health care.
  • Collect and analyze data to inform program improvements.
  • Facilitate workshops and training sessions for staff development.
  • Ensure that counselling practices are culturally sensitive and responsive.
  • Review and approve documentation for compliance and reporting.
  • Manage budgetary aspects of counselling programs.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Social Work or a related field
  • Master's degree in Social Work or Counseling is preferred
Experience
  • 5+ years in community service management, with experience in mental health
