Job Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented and dynamic Hospitality Manager to oversee our Johannesburg location. The successful candidate will ensure that our guests receive top-notch service while managing the daily operations of the hotel.

Responsibilities

  • Lead hotel operations, ensuring a welcoming atmosphere for all guests.
  • Supervise front desk staff and manage guest services.
  • Implement training programs to enhance staff performance and service quality.
  • Conduct regular inspections of premises to ensure cleanliness and safety.
  • Act as a liaison between guests and management, addressing concerns promptly.
  • Maintain accurate records related to hotel operations and financials.
  • Develop marketing plans in collaboration with the sales team to enhance hotel visibility.
  • Monitor staff performance and provide constructive feedback.
  • Participate in budget planning and cost control measures.
  • Ensure that all hotel policies are followed accordingly.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or related field
  • Master's degree is a plus

  • 5+ years of experience in hotel management or similar role
