Responsibilities

Supervise front desk staff and manage guest services.

Act as a liaison between guests and management, addressing concerns promptly.

Ensure that all hotel policies are followed accordingly.
Requirements
Education
Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or related field
Master's degree is a plus
