Job Description

As a Warehouse Manager, you will play a pivotal role in enhancing our warehouse operations in Port Elizabeth. Your responsibilities will include managing inventory, ensuring compliance with safety regulations, and leading a team of dedicated staff to achieve operational targets.

Responsibilities

• Direct warehouse activities to ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment.
• Manage shipping and receiving processes, ensuring compliance with shipping regulations.
• Develop strategic plans for operational improvements based on performance metrics.
• Engage with team members to foster a positive working environment and encourage feedback.
• Identify training needs and coordinate training sessions for warehouse personnel.
• Monitor equipment and vehicle maintenance schedules for efficiency.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Logistics, or related field
• Relevant certifications are a plus

Experience

• 5+ years of experience in warehouse management or a similar role

Technical Skills

• Warehouse Management Systems (WMS)
• Supply Chain Analytics
