Job Description

We are on the lookout for a Customer Service Representative who will be the first point of contact for our valued customers. In this role, you will handle inquiries, resolve issues, and ensure customer satisfaction through excellent service. You will work in a fast-paced environment and must be able to manage multiple tasks efficiently.

Responsibilities

  • Act as a liaison between the customer and the company.
  • Analyze customer feedback for service improvement opportunities.
  • Assist customers with product queries and troubleshooting.
  • Maintain professional relationships with clients.
  • Follow company protocols for service delivery.

Requirements

Education
  • Matric
  • Further education in customer service or related field is a plus
Experience
  • 2+ years of experience in a customer support environment
