You will manage every aspect of an event, from concept to completion, working closely with clients to bring their vision to life.

Responsibilities

• Plan, organize, and execute a variety of events from gala dinners to corporate functions.
• Communicate effectively with all stakeholders, including clients and vendors.
• Prepare proposals and contracts based on client needs.
• Monitor event trends and adapt strategies to ensure success.
• Document all aspects of the event planning process for future reference.
• Ensure compliance with safety and health regulations.
• Collect feedback after events to enhance future planning.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or Tourism

Experience

• 3-5 years of experience in planning and executing events
