Job Description

As a Customer Support Agent, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, providing them with excellent service and support. You'll handle inquiries via phone, email, and chat, ensuring a seamless customer experience.

Responsibilities

  • Assist customers with product and service questions.
  • Manage complaints and ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Provide feedback to the management team to improve processes.
  • Stay updated on product knowledge and company policies.

Requirements

Education
  • Matric certificate or equivalent
  • Bachelor's degree in Communications or relevant field is preferred
Experience
  • 2+ years of experience in a call center or customer support role
