Job Description

We are seeking a Customer Success Manager to oversee our client relationships and ensure they achieve their desired outcomes with our solutions. The ideal candidate will be customer-focused, proactive, and have a strong background in customer support.

Responsibilities

  • Develop customer success plans based on client goals and objectives.
  • Engage with clients through various communication platforms to enhance rapport.
  • Identify and escalate potential risks to the management team.
  • Utilize CRM tools to track customer interactions and engagements.
  • Drive customer advocacy by empowering satisfied clients to promote our services.
  • Work with the product management team to communicate client needs and expectations.
  • Assist with renewals and ensure timely completion of contract requirements.
  • Participate in industry events and networking opportunities to represent the company.
  • Support the development of customer success initiatives and campaigns.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in a technology-related field
  • MBA preferred
Experience
  • 5+ years of experience in customer success or account management
