Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering
• Master's degree preferred

Experience

• 5+ years of experience in mechanical engineering

Technical Skills

• Finite Element Analysis (FEA)
• Design for Manufacturing (DFM)

Soft Skills

• Project Management
• Team Leadership

Certifications

• Certified Manufacturing Engineer (CMfgE)
• Project Management Professional (PMP)

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous

• Familiarity with robotics systems: Experience in integrating robotics into mechanical systems.
• Experience with project management software: Proficiency in using tools like MS Project or Trello.
