Job Description

As a Pharmacist at our Pretoria location, you will play a key role in providing exceptional pharmaceutical care. You will be responsible for dispensing medications, advising patients on the safe use of prescriptions, and contributing to the overall health of our community. Responsibilities

  • Prepare and dispense medications while consulting on potential interactions.
  • Conduct medication reviews and suggest alternatives when necessary.
  • Guide patients through insurance and medication assistance programs.
  • Educate patients on lifestyle changes that may improve health outcomes.
  • Document all patient interactions and maintain pharmacy records.
  • Ensure compliance with legislative requirements in the pharmacy.
  • Collaborate with local health agencies to promote wellness initiatives.
  • Lead community health workshops on medication management.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy
  • Advanced training in pharmaceutical care is preferred
Experience
  • 3+ years of experience in community pharmacy
