Job Description

As a Human Resources Manager at Leading HR Solutions, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the HR strategy of our organization. You will lead initiatives in recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and compliance to ensure a productive and positive workplace. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of HR best practices and a passion for fostering employee engagement.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the recruitment strategy to attract top talent.
  • Coordinate employee onboarding and training programs.
  • Assist in the development of HR policies and procedures.
  • Manage and resolve employee disputes and grievances.
  • Conduct periodic salary reviews and adjustments.
  • Promote a positive company culture through engagement initiatives.
  • Collaborate with management on workforce planning and development.
  • Ensure compliance with all applicable labor laws and regulations.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or Organizational Development
  • Master's degree in Human Resources Management or related field is a plus
Experience
  • 5+ years of HR experience, with managerial responsibilities preferred
