As a Learning and Development Specialist, you will facilitate engaging training sessions aimed at enhancing employee competencies and fostering a learning culture within the organization. Your expertise will be key in developing targeted learning strategies.

Responsibilities

• Conduct regular training needs assessments.
• Evaluate training programs and adjust them based on effectiveness.
• Develop succession planning and career development programs.

• Foster relationships with external training providers.
• Ensure compliance with training policies and procedures.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's in Business Administration or Psychology
• Postgraduate Diploma in Training and Development is preferred

Experience

• 5+ years of experience in training and development roles

Certifications

• Certified Training and Development Manager (CTDM)
