Job Description

We are seeking a passionate and experienced Diversity and Inclusion Officer to lead our initiatives aimed at promoting a diverse and inclusive workplace. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing programs, policies, and practices that enhance an inclusive culture while ensuring alignment with our core values.

Responsibilities

• Lead diversity awareness initiatives and campaigns throughout the organization.
• Conduct research to identify best practices in diversity and inclusion.
• Foster partnerships with local organizations and educational institutions.
• Facilitate mentoring programs aimed at underrepresented groups.
• Ensure compliance with relevant legislation and regulations pertaining to D&I.
• Evaluate training programs and initiatives' effectiveness through employee feedback.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Organizational Development or a related field
• Master's degree in Human Resources Management is preferred

Experience

• 5+ years of experience in related fields
