Responsibilities

• Represent the firm in legal proceedings and negotiations.

• Provide clarity on complex legal issues to clients.
• Attend client meetings to discuss legal matters and strategies.
• Draft pleadings, motions, and other court documents.
• Conduct training sessions for staff on relevant legal topics.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Law
• Specialization in Corporate Law or Compliance is an advantage

Experience

• 5+ years of practicing law in a corporate environment
