Join our dynamic legal team as a Legal Advisor, where you will be responsible for offering expert legal counsel to our clients. You will engage with various legal matters, ensuring compliance with all regulations while actively contributing to case strategies. Your role will be pivotal in helping clients make informed legal decisions.

Responsibilities

• Develop legal strategies to solve clients' legal issues.
• Manage caseloads and meet strict deadlines.
• Prepare legal opinions and research memoranda for clients.
• Collaborate with external legal counsel as needed.
• Participate in client meetings and communicate legal concepts effectively.
• Review and analyze legal documents for accuracy and compliance.
• Assist in marketing efforts for the firm to attract new clients.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Law (LLB)
• Postgraduate qualification in a specialized area of law is an advantage

Experience

• 5+ years of relevant experience in legal counseling or corporate law
