Job Description

As the Diversity and Inclusion Manager, you will play a key role in shaping our diversity strategy and ensuring that our workplace is welcoming to all. Your responsibilities will include developing training programs, facilitating open dialogues about inclusion, and collaborating with various departments to assess and improve our diversity efforts. We want someone who is not only experienced but also truly believes in the value of diverse perspectives and the importance of inclusion in the workplace.

Responsibilities

• Lead the strategic planning of diversity-related initiatives.
• Oversee the implementation of training programs aimed at enhancing diversity awareness.
• Monitor progress on diversity goals and prepare recommendations for adjustments.
• Collaborate with recruitment teams to attract diverse talent.
• Address and resolve any issues regarding diversity and inclusion within the workplace.
• Advise leadership on best practices for improving workplace diversity.
• Create and distribute communication material that promotes diversity efforts.
• Research and benchmark against similar organizations’ diversity strategies.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, or a related field
• Master's degree is a plus

Experience

• 5+ years of experience in diversity and inclusion roles or HR management
