Job Description

We are on the lookout for a Customer Support Agent to join our Johannesburg team. Your primary role will focus on providing outstanding customer service to our clients, resolving inquiries, and ensuring customer satisfaction. This position requires excellent communication skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.

Responsibilities

  • Handle customer inquiries with professionalism and courtesy.
  • Efficiently resolve any service-related issues to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Actively contribute to team discussions on improving service processes.
  • Utilize CRM software to track customer interactions and service requests.
  • Educate customers on products and services offered.
  • Show empathy and patience while dealing with customer concerns.
  • Meet or exceed established performance metrics and KPIs.
  • Engage in continuous training to stay updated on new products and services.
  • Assist in administrative tasks related to customer support.
  • Assist with onboarding new staff members as needed.
