Responsibilities

• Facilitate customer workshops and training sessions to enhance product usage.
• Track customer feedback and work with internal teams to improve service delivery.
• Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities to maximize customer value.
• Prepare and present performance reports to stakeholders and customers.
• Contribute to the development of best practices and customer success strategies.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
• A Master's degree is an advantage

Experience

• 3+ years of experience in customer success or account management
