The Flap Curer is responsible for controlling and monitoring the curing process of rubber flaps used in the automotive industry. This position requires attention to detail and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
Set up and calibrate the curing machinery according to required specifications.
Monitor the entire curing process to ensure quality and efficiency.
Conduct routine maintenance and cleaning of machinery.
Identify and troubleshoot problems as they arise.
Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
Assist in training new employees on machinery operation and safety protocols.
Requirements
Education
High school diploma or equivalent
Technical certificate in manufacturing or related field is advantageous
Experience
Minimum of 2 years of experience in a manufacturing environment.
