Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated Social Worker to join our team in Pretoria. In this role, you will provide support and assistance to individuals and families facing various challenges. You will be responsible for conducting assessments, developing intervention plans, and connecting clients to necessary resources and services.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate client progress and modify intervention strategies as necessary.
• Support clients through transitional phases in their lives.
• Advocate for client needs and rights to ensure they receive appropriate services.
• Provide community outreach and educational programs.
• Collaborate with other professionals to enhance service provision.
• Ensure compliance with relevant legislation and ethical standards.
• Participate in case reviews and contribute to team goals.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Social Work (BSW)
• Master's degree in Social Work (MSW) is an advantage

Experience

• 3+ years of experience in a relevant social work setting
