Responsibilities
Lead the recruitment efforts for various departments.

Monitor and evaluate employee performance metrics.
Ensure adherence to labour laws and company policies.
Facilitate skill development programs.
Manage employee benefits and compensation.
Record and update HR documentation and files.
Conduct surveys to measure employee satisfaction.
Assist in strategic HR planning.
Act as a point of contact for HR-related inquiries.
Requirements
Education
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or Business Administration
Master's degree is preferred

5+ years of experience in a generalist HR role
