Job Description

We are in search of an HR Generalist to manage and oversee various HR functions including recruitment, employee relations, and compliance. The ideal candidate will be a proactive problem-solver, skilled in talent management and employee engagement.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the recruitment efforts for various departments.
  • Design and implement HR best practices.
  • Monitor and evaluate employee performance metrics.
  • Ensure adherence to labour laws and company policies.
  • Facilitate skill development programs.
  • Manage employee benefits and compensation.
  • Record and update HR documentation and files.
  • Conduct surveys to measure employee satisfaction.
  • Assist in strategic HR planning.
  • Act as a point of contact for HR-related inquiries.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or Business Administration
  • Master's degree is preferred
Experience
  • 5+ years of experience in a generalist HR role

Certifications
  • CIPD Level 5 or equivalent
Languages
