Job Description

We are on the lookout for a Customer Support Representative to join our dynamic team in Cape Town. The successful candidate will be responsible for assisting customers with their inquiries via various channels and ensuring a positive client experience. This role requires excellent communication skills and a passion for providing outstanding customer service.

Responsibilities

  • Engage with customers to understand their needs and expectations.
  • Guide customers through troubleshooting processes.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies while addressing concerns.
  • Update customer accounts and service requests as needed.
  • Assist during peak periods to maintain service levels.
  • Actively participate in team meetings and training workshops.
  • Help in developing FAQs and knowledge base content.
  • Foster strong relationships with clients to ensure loyalty.

Requirements

Education
  • Matric/Grade 12 or equivalent
  • Diploma or degree in Communications or Business Administration is preferred
Experience
  • 2+ years of experience in a customer support role

Languages
  • English: Fluent
