  • Develop educational materials and resources to assist clients.
  • Identify potential risks and proactively provide solutions.
  • Engage with clients through various communication channels.
  • Support the customer advocacy programme to amplify client voices.
  • Lead customer success initiatives and projects as needed.
  • Ensure that all customer interactions are aligned with company values.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's in Marketing or Communications
  • Master's is preferred
Experience
  • 2-4 years of experience in customer-facing roles
