Responsibilities

• Collaborate with departmental heads to define HR needs and develop tailored HR solutions.
• Conduct regular performance appraisals and provide constructive feedback to employees.

• Manage employee welfare and benefits programs.
• Facilitate training sessions to enhance employee skills and competencies.
• Maintain accurate employee records and documentation in compliance with legal requirements.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management or related field
• Master's degree is an advantage

Experience

• 5+ years of experience in human resources management

Technical Skills

• HR Software (e.g., SAP, Oracle)
• Labour Law Knowledge

Soft Skills

• Communication
• Conflict Resolution

Certifications

• SHRM-CP or equivalent
• HRCI Certification (PHR/SPHR)

Languages

• English: Fluent
• Zulu: Conversational
