As a Retail Store Manager in our Durban location, you will take charge of store operations, customer satisfaction, and team management. Your goal will be to create a welcoming environment that boosts sales and enhances the shopping experience for our customers. Responsibilities

• Oversee and coordinate daily store functions
• Take charge of team training and performance evaluation
• Monitor and control inventory levels and product quality
• Develop and execute sales strategies that align with company goals
• Ensure high standards of cleanliness and safety in the store
• Promote a culture of teamwork and collaboration
• Address customer feedback and continuously improve service
• Work closely with management to align on operational standards
• Develop engaging merchandising strategies
• Assist in recruitment and onboarding of new employees

Requirements

Education

• Matric / Senior Certificate
• Bachelor’s degree in Retail Management or Business Administration is preferred

Experience

• 5+ years in a supervisory role within retail
