Responsibilities

• Perform grooming and styling for pets with different hair types.
• Educate pet owners on proper grooming techniques and product use.
• Participate in community events to promote pet grooming services.
• Handle scheduling and client appointments efficiently.
• Maintain grooming equipment and ensure all tools are sanitized.

Requirements

Education

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Advanced grooming certification is a plus

Experience

• 3+ years in a professional grooming environment

Technical Skills

• Pet Styling
• Health Assessment

Soft Skills

• Customer Service
• Stress Management

Certifications

• Pet First Aid and CPR Certification

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous

• Bilingual capabilities: Ability to communicate in both English and Afrikaans is preferred.
