Responsibilities

• Analyze and assess organizational training needs.
• Create and implement comprehensive L&D strategies and programs.
• Monitor and evaluate training programs to ensure alignment with employee needs and industry standards.
• Organize training sessions, workshops, and team-building activities.
• Report on training outcomes and suggest improvements.
• Build partnerships with external training providers.
• Develop e-learning modules and digital training resources.
• Foster a culture of continuous improvement in training delivery.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Education, or a related field
• A Master's degree is an advantage

Experience

• 3+ years in L&D or HR roles, with experience in training program development

Technical Skills

• Instructional Design
• E-Learning Development

Soft Skills

• Communication
• Project Management

Certifications

• Certified Professional in Learning and Performance (CPLP)
• Train-the-Trainer Certification

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous

• Experience with Learning Management Systems (LMS): Familiarity with LMS platforms for ongoing training management.
• Knowledge of Performance Management Systems: Understanding of performance metrics and assessments.
