Job Description

As a Customer Success Manager, you will be pivotal in ensuring our customers derive maximum value from our products. Your role includes facilitating onboarding, providing ongoing support, and building strong relationships to drive satisfaction and retention.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute customer engagement plans to drive satisfaction.
  • Assist in developing onboarding and training materials.
  • Identify risks to customer retention and implement mitigation strategies.
  • Promote customer advocacy through testimonial and case study development.
  • Collaborate on product roadmaps with developmental teams based on feedback.
  • Coordinate events and webinars for client education.
  • Foster a customer-first culture within the organization.
  • Regularly update internal teams on customer needs and status.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing or related field
  • MBA preferred
Experience
  • 5+ years of experience in customer success
