Job Description

As an HR Generalist, you will contribute to our organizational objectives by effectively managing various HR processes. This position involves collaborating with team members to foster a positive work culture.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct interviews and assist in the hiring process of new employees.
  • Develop and maintain HR documentation, including employee handbooks.
  • Assist in the development and monitoring of employee retention strategies.
  • Facilitate training sessions and workshops for staff development.
  • Manage benefits and compensation programs for employees.
  • Provide general HR support to management and staff as needed.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's in Human Resources or related field
  • Master's in Human Resources Management is an advantage
Experience
  • 3-5 years of HR experience, preferably in a similar role
