Job Description

We are currently seeking an HR Generalist to join our vibrant team in Cape Town. In this role, you will manage various HR functions, including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and compliance. The ideal candidate will have a proactive approach and a strong understanding of HR best practices.

Responsibilities

• Direct the recruitment and selection process, ensuring a smooth onboarding experience.
• Monitor and assess employee performance, providing feedback and support.
• Manage HR compliance and audits to ensure adherence to regulations.
• Maintain and update HR policies and procedures as needed.
• Develop and implement employee wellness programs.
• Support staff training and professional development efforts.
• Facilitate communication between management and staff.
• Responsible for managing employee exit processes.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
• Postgraduate qualification in HR Management is a plus

Experience

• 3-5 years of HR experience in a corporate environment

Certifications
