Job Description

As an E-commerce Manager, you will be responsible for the overall strategy and execution of our online sales. This includes managing marketing campaigns, analyzing performance metrics, and collaborating with various departments to enhance our e-commerce capabilities. You will work closely with your team to ensure a seamless shopping experience for our customers.

Responsibilities

  • Create and manage a strategic plan to grow e-commerce sales channels.
  • Direct online marketing strategies and campaigns to engage customers.
  • Monitor website performance and implement enhancements.
  • Foster an environment of innovation and testing in e-commerce initiatives.
  • Develop an annual e-commerce budget and ensure financial targets are met.
  • Work directly with inventory management to align stock levels with sales forecasts.
  • Conduct competitor analysis to identify strengths and weaknesses in service offerings.
  • Lead initiatives for new product launches and promotions through online channels.
  • Gather insights from customer feedback to inform product and service improvements.
  • Prepare weekly and monthly reports on e-commerce performance metrics.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing or a related discipline
  • Master's degree in Business Administration is preferred
Experience
  • 5-7 years in an e-commerce role, ideally with management experience
