Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Oversee the full HR lifecycle from recruitment to exit strategies.
  • Assist in developing and implementing HR policies and procedures.
  • Conduct regular training and development sessions for employees.

  • Monitor employee performance and provide guidance.
  • Ensure compliance with labor legislation and internal policies.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
