Responsibilities

• Assess patient needs and recommend appropriate pharmaceutical care.
• Participate in health outreach programs to promote wellness.
• Train and mentor pharmacy interns and assistants.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor of Pharmacy, B.Sc. Pharm or equivalent
• Master’s degree or relevant specialization is an advantage

Experience

• 3+ years’ experience in clinical pharmacy
