Job Description

We're on the lookout for a proactive Human Resources Manager to lead our HR initiatives in Pretoria. The right candidate will have a strong understanding of HR principles and the ability to drive cultural transformation within the organization. This role requires a blend of strategic thinking and hands-on execution, focused on enhancing employee engagement and organizational effectiveness.

Responsibilities

  • Evaluate and enhance internal HR processes for efficiency.
  • Conduct regular audits of HR practices to ensure compliance.
  • Manage the HR information system and employee database.
  • Present HR reports to the leadership team.
  • Cultivate strong relationships with employees and stakeholders.
  • Assist in developing and managing training budgets.
  • Initiate and support change management processes.
  • Advise on workforce compensation and benefits strategies.
  • Lead recruitment drives and talent acquisition strategies.
  • Foster a culture of continuous learning and development.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
  • Postgraduate HR certification is preferred
Experience
  • 5+ years in strategic HR roles
