Job Description

We are on the lookout for a detail-oriented Payroll Officer to manage our payroll processes efficiently. The successful candidate will be responsible for processing payroll, maintaining accurate records, and ensuring compliance with financial regulations. Responsibilities

  • Manage payroll processing using relevant software.
  • Ensure all deductions and contributions are handled correctly.
  • Prepare and distribute payslips to employees.
  • Conduct regular audits of payroll records to ensure accuracy.
  • Provide support during audits by external agencies.
  • Develop and maintain payroll policies and procedures.
  • Support HR with employee onboarding and exits related to payroll.

Requirements

Education
  • National Diploma in Accounting or Finance
  • Bachelor's degree preferred
Experience
  • Minimum 3 years of relevant payroll experience
